Bag opening dimensions: The inner arc diameter of the 4 corner bags is approximately 82 millimeters, and the inner arc diameter of the 2 medium bags is approximately 85 millimeters. The edges need to be ground smooth, and the elasticity of the rubber strips should be uniform.
Core material
Stone slab countertop: It is made of three natural marble slabs joined together (such as Jiangxi Yushan stone or Italian volcanic rock), with each slab no less than 25 millimeters thick and the overall flatness error less than 0.1 millimeters, ensuring the stability of the ball's rolling trajectory.
Table wool: Competition-grade table wool with a wool content of over 75%, approximately 0.9 millimeters in thickness, and a pile length of 8 to 10 millimeters. It should be laid in one direction to reduce rolling resistance.
Frame structure: A steel-wood composite frame (beneath the stone slab) is combined with a hardwood table body (such as imported hardwood from Southeast Asia or new solid wood), and long-term stability is maintained through anti-deformation treatment.
Key components
Steel silo: 65 manganese spring steel silo, combined with imported high-quality rubber edges, ensures the silo shape, rebound and sound reach the ultimate.
The skin opening: The whole skin is made from the spine of New Zealand cattle. After the original skin is cut, it is combined with a one-piece copper stamping die. When hitting the ball, it makes a clear sound and does not spit out the ball.
Dehumidification system: Such as graphene constant-temperature dehumidification technology, maintaining a balanced temperature on the countertop and adapting to complex environments.
